La stipulation du match est simple : si Triple H ou un membre de son équipe remporte le match, alors HHH reste champion et affronte le vainqueur du King of the Ring au prochain PPV. Si l'équipe adverse remporte le match, c'est le lutteur qui effectue le tombé victorieux qui devient le nouveau champion. Le Rock fait le tombé sur Vince McMahon et devient le nouveau WWF Champion !!!!
