Le ROH Tag Team Championship est le titre réservé à la meilleure équipe du ROH (toujours des équipes de 2). En septembre 2002, le ROH avait offert un trophée aux vainqueurs du tournoi inaugural. Les ceintures sont créées peu après, et le titre Tag Team prend ensuite de l'importance au sein du ROH.
